~* SQUIGGLE
TEXT in PI7 *~
By Valerie
The information below explains
how to make the text only:
Open a new (blank) image.
Click on the LINE and ARROW PATH TOOL
Change the drawing option (SHAPE) to FREEHAND
Color: Black
Mode: 3D Round

On the Path Panel
(lower right corner)
Change the options for your line as follows:
WIDTH = 4
STYLE = Straight Line
ARROW = None (straight line)

On your canvas, draw your squiggle.
**NOTE**
Keep your circles in the squiggle wide
or the text will get "bunched up" and not be legible.
EXAMPLE:

With the squiggle path still active,
go to the main menu line and choose
OBJECT : WRAP : ADD TEXT TO ACTIVE PATH
A text entry box will appear.
Type in the text that you want to appear on the squiggle.
Click OK

Your text should now appear in place of your squiggle.
Like this... :)

The only thing you need to play with at this point
is the size of the (font) to adjust it to fit the squiggle.
(So your words are not cut-off at the end)
If you look at the example above,
it cut-off the "S" at the end of Secrets.
Next I adjusted the font size from 15 to 14
to add the last letter.
***NOTE***
It's still a path object, so you can change the color,
texture, font, etc.
Add a backdrop... and a tube.
Or drag this to another picture to add your words.
That's it! :)
